HUM CLOTHING: EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to HUM Clothing! We are committed to delivering high-quality apparel that you will love. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. By ordering from our website, you agree to the following terms.

Our Key Policy: No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except under the specific conditions outlined below.

1. Exchanges (Size-Related Only)

We understand the importance of the perfect fit. HUM Clothing offers a one-time size exchange for the same product under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Garments must be free from stains, marks, perfumes, or any damage.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact us at hello@humclothing.in or on +91 7799217029 via WhatsApp with your Order ID and the size you want within the 3-day window.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions and arrange a free pickup from your address.

  3. Pack the garment securely in its original packaging.

  4. After inspection, if eligible, your replacement size will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Though we carefully inspect all orders, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Requirements:

  • Submit a clear, unedited unboxing video showing:

    • The sealed package with the shipping label visible

    • The unboxing process

    • The garment(s) and the defect, damage, or wrong style/size

Reporting Window:

  • Email hello@humclothing.in or reach out on +91 7799217029 on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with the video attached or linked.

Resolution:

  • Verified claims will receive a replacement at no cost.

  • If the item is out of stock, store credit of equal value will be provided.

  • Claims without the proper video cannot be processed.

3. General Terms

  • Exchange requests may be denied if items do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • This policy may change without prior notice; the version at the time of purchase will apply.

  • All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India.
