1. Orders

Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections, select your size and color, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details to complete your order.

Q2: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as we start processing it immediately.

Q3: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders after they are placed. Please check your items carefully before confirming checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q4: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders take 2–3 working days to dispatch from our warehouse. After dispatch, delivery by our courier partner may take 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within India.

Q6: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its status.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q7: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Q8: How do I return a damaged item?
A: Contact our customer service team with your order details and photos of the product. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Q9: Do you offer refunds?
A: No, Refunds are not available at the moment. If you receive a damaged product, the item will be replaced. In case of unavailability, you will be given store credit.

Q11: Are your products true to color?
A: We strive to display colors accurately. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
